Koblenz Commercial Brush Roll - 12 Inch with End Cap

This is the 12-inch agitator brush roll, end cap included, for Koblenz commercial and contractor uprights. Part 46-2375-7 covers the U310 and U75 commercial machines along with the U-40, U-80, U-180, U-180DC and U-240 contractor uprights.

Commercial brush rolls take a beating. Bristles wear short and stop reaching into the pile, and hair and carpet thread wind around the ends until the roll drags. The tell is a machine that sounds like it is working hard but leaves grit behind on carpet it used to clear in one pass. A roll that has started to bind also puts extra load on the belt, so the belt usually goes soon after.

Because the end cap comes fitted, the roll goes in as a unit. Clear wrapped debris off the new one every few weeks and it will last a great deal longer.
