Clear commercial belt for Koblenz uprights, part 12-0814-01-7, listed for the U-310 and also fitting the U75, U80 and U90. It is the belt that drives the brush roll off the motor shaft.
Belts stretch long before they snap. A tired belt lets the brush roll slow under load, and the carpet stops getting the agitation that lifts embedded dirt, so the machine still sucks but stops cleaning. A belt that has slipped and glazed gives off a hot rubber smell, which is the clearest warning you will get before it breaks.
