This genuine OEM Koblenz bottom plate retainer for the U-310 secures the bottom plate on the U80 and U90 uprights. It holds the plate that closes off the underside of the machine and keeps the internal components enclosed.
A worn or missing retainer lets the bottom plate loosen or shift, which can expose internal parts, disrupt airflow beneath the machine, and cause rattling during use. Installing the correct retainer returns the plate to a secure, properly aligned fit.
