Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Super-Deluxe Buster B, sold under SKU BB1200DB, is Oreck's compact canister answer to the jobs a full-size vacuum handles clumsily: a staircase, a car's back seat, a couch cushion that needs attention now rather than after the whole house gets vacuumed.
It weighs under 5.5 pounds and carries on an adjustable shoulder strap, which is the specification that decides whether above-floor cleaning actually happens rather than getting postponed.
