Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Vent plates are among the parts most often lost or damaged on a canister vacuum, since they are handled during cleaning and are exposed whenever the machine is set down, carried between rooms, or knocked against a doorway. Fitting the new plate is worth doing carefully. Seat it evenly and confirm it sits flush all the way around before running the machine, so it is not left held by one corner and worked loose again the first time the canister is moved.
