The headlight on a Rainbow E-2 power nozzle is an LED assembly, and part R15138 replaces it as a unit. It throws light onto the floor just ahead of the nozzle, which is what makes it possible to see crumbs under a table or lint along a baseboard without turning the room lights on.
LEDs rarely die all at once. The light dims over months until you stop relying on it, or it starts flickering as the nozzle is pushed, which usually points at the connection rather than the diode itself. Either way the assembly is replaced whole rather than repaired.
It is listed for the Rexair Rainbow E2 power nozzle. Unplug the machine before opening the nozzle housing, and route the new lead exactly the way the old one ran so it is not pinched when the cover goes back on.
