This OEM Titan nozzle cover (Part #591020103) replaces the cracked or warped housing on the Titan T9200 power nozzle. The cover shields the internal parts and holds the brush roll in correct alignment as the nozzle works the carpet.
A warped or cracked housing throws the brush roll slightly off line, which shows up as vibration, uneven pickup, and faster wear on the roll bearings and motor. Left in place, that stress shortens the life of the parts around it. A sound cover restores structural integrity and quiet, effective cleaning.
