Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 12-inch brush roll (part #107407697) is a replacement agitator for the Advance VU500 upright vacuum. As it spins, the bristles agitate carpet fibers to loosen embedded dirt and debris for a deeper clean.

Brush bristles flatten, fray, and wear short over time, and a worn brush roll loses carpet contact so the vacuum no longer digs dirt out of the pile. A fresh brush roll restores even bristle contact and full deep-cleaning ability.
