This white machine, SKU 90941AM, ships with both: soft bristles for wood, tile and stone, and the ET-1 driven brush for carpet, with the dual-control handle keeping the machine's settings at your fingers rather than down at the body.

The D4 Premium is sold here with two free boxes of bags. It shares the D-series bag with the rest of the AIRBELT D line, part 8120AM, eight capped bags to a box. The ET-1 head that comes with this machine drives its own roller and pulls more out of carpet than a suction tool does, which is precisely why a stock of bags is worth having from day one.

Swapping between the two takes seconds and is the whole point of a Premium canister. On carpet the ET-1 works its roller with its own motor, so the pile is lifted and combed; on a hall floor the parquet brush glides without dragging grit across the finish. Dust goes into a filter bag that caps as it is removed, and the cushioned belt around the AIRBELT D4 PREMIUM shell keeps the machine from leaving marks on trim as it follows you between rooms.

Above the floor, the D series hose takes the 8066GS crevice nozzle and the 8142GS upholstery nozzle, with the 22 inch extension wand listed as part 1084GS. Routine upkeep is bags and filters only: Filter Bag Box D, part 8120AM, and Filter Set D, part 8191AM. The ET-1 roller is part 5010AM if the bristles eventually go flat.
