Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Older Nutone central vacuum systems with square wall inlets need a specific hose profile, and SKU 302NM delivers it: a high-quality crushproof 30 ft Basic hose sized for older-style Nutone inlet valves measuring just under 1.5" in diameter, set in a faceplate roughly 3.5" square.

Compared with the bulky hose style these systems originally shipped with, this hose is lighter in the hand, durable, and easier on baseboards and furniture legs as it moves around the room. The accessory end is smooth for friction fitting — there is no button lock nipple — and it works with any friction-fit wand.
