Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SKU 385 is the longest hose in this low voltage line: 50 feet of crush-proof, lightweight central vacuum hose with an on/off suction switch in the handle. For sprawling floor plans, garages, or shops, one connection can cover an area that would normally take several inlet hops.

A 360-degree swivel keeps the full 50 ft from binding or kinking as you work. Like its shorter siblings, this hose is the right match for air-driven, non-electric power brushes, including every model of the TurboCat, TL2000, and T210 lines.
