Part FA00011 is the bag chamber filter for the Fuller Brush FB500.2 canister and the Carpet Pro CP500.2, which share the same body.

It sits inside the bag chamber as a second line behind the bag itself, catching what the paper lets through before that air reaches the motor. It is easy to overlook: the bag gets changed, the chamber gets a wipe, and the filter stays where it is for years.

A gray, matted chamber filter tells you two things. It has been doing its job, and it is now restricting airflow enough that you have lost suction. It is also the last thing standing between the motor and abrasive fine dust. Set a fresh one in the chamber as soon as it looks loaded, which takes seconds and no tools.
