Two flat belts, part R15127B, for the PN-12 power nozzle used on the Rainbow E2 Type 12. These are the center-drive belts, meaning the pulley sits in the middle of the brush roll rather than at one end, and they measure about 15/16 of an inch, or 24 mm, wide.

A flat belt starts stretching the day it is fitted. As it does, the roller turns slower under load, then slips outright when it meets deep pile, and the nozzle stops agitating even though suction has not changed at all. The giveaways are a smell of hot rubber and carpet that looks vacuumed but not lifted.

They suit both Version 1 and Version 1.3 of the PN-12, and only serial numbers 40014589 and above. Changing the belt every three to six months keeps the roller up to speed, and the second belt in the pack means the next change is already on the shelf.
