This foam secondary filter sits between the motor and the exhaust on the Bissell BGC3000 canister vacuum, catching the fine dust that gets past the primary stage before it can blow back into your room. Foam filters slowly load up with fine particles, and a saturated one chokes airflow — you'll notice weaker suction and a dusty smell when the vacuum runs. Because foam degrades over time, replacing it is smarter than endlessly rinsing the old one. Part #C3000-16.
