The clean water tank for the Bissell 2513, part 1618845. It is the reservoir you fill with hot water and formula before cleaning, and it feeds the spray jets through a valve in its base.
Tanks are the part most likely to be dropped on a hard floor or left with solution sitting in them for months. What fails is rarely the body: it is the cap seal, the valve seat, or a stress crack around the handle boss. The result is solution weeping onto the floor between uses, or a machine that sprays weakly because it is drawing air alongside water.
