Returns & Exchanges

The separator is the cyclonic core inside the dirt tank that spins air to drive pet hair, dust, and debris into the bin while protecting downstream filtration, helping the vacuum maintain steady suction during cleaning.

Over time a separator can become clogged with packed hair and fine dust or develop cracks that let debris bypass the cyclone. When that happens you'll notice reduced pickup, faster filter clogging, or dirt escaping back past the lid. Installing a fresh separator restores correct airflow and pickup performance.
