Black nozzle assembly for the CleanMax ZM-600 ultra-lightweight upright, ordered as D017-5014. The nozzle is the lower front shell of the machine: it houses the brush chamber, rides on the carpet and directs everything the brush lifts into the airway.
On a commercial-duty lightweight the nozzle sees constant contact with baseboards, chair legs and door thresholds. When the shell splits or the front lip wears down, the head stops sealing against the floor and the machine feels weak even though the motor and bag are fine.
