We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The secondary filter for Bosch's Beetle canisters, part 00578863. It sits downstream of the bag as motor protection, catching the fine dust that gets through the media before it can reach the windings. Our fitment data covers the BSG81265UC, BSG81296, BSG81313UC, BSG81335UC, BSG81360UC, BSG81370UC, BSG81380UC and BSG81396UC.
Nothing prompts you to change it, which is why it is usually filthy. The symptoms creep up on you: the canister sounds strained, the floor head needs a second pass, and a bag change no longer makes the difference it used to. A gray, matted secondary filter is the answer far more often than the motor is.
Six to twelve months is a sensible interval on a machine in regular use. Check the model number on the underside of your canister before ordering.
