Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 15-inch brush roller (Part #841818) is a replacement agitator for the ProTeam ProGen 15 upright vacuum. The roller spins across the carpet to loosen embedded dirt and debris so the airflow can carry it away.

A worn brush roll with frayed or shortened bristles cannot reach the fibers, which leaves carpet looking dull and grit behind. Watch for shortened bristles, wrapped hair, or uneven wear patterns, and replace the roller once the bristles are worn down.
