Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Ametek Lamb MicroJammer brushless motor (Part #119349-51) is a 12V, 3-inch, single-stage unit with tangential discharge that loses only about 3 percent of its air performance under vacuum conditions. It reaches 10.1 inches of sealed vacuum and 17.7 CFM of airflow, with maximum sealed pressure to 50 inches of water, and its speed is set by varying the input voltage through a simple two-wire connection.

A brushless motor that runs weak or intermittently usually signals a worn motor or a control fault. A matched MicroJammer restores the compact airflow and pressure that compact portable and industrial equipment relies on.
