Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the rug tool that comes on the Carpet Pro SCBP1 backpack, part B352-4201, the wide plastic floor head that handles carpet on a non-powered backpack. It fits the SCBP1 and the Powr-Flite PF300BP, PF600BP and PF1000BP backpacks, and it is also listed for the Sanitaire and Eureka SC530B and SC535A.
Rug tools fail at the neck, where the swivel meets the wand, and along the bottom lip that scrapes carpet all day. Once the lip wears thin or the neck cracks, the head skates over the pile instead of gripping it and you find yourself going over the same strip twice.
It is durable plastic with a precise fit at the wand, so the replacement seats the way the original did and the suction stays down at the floor instead of whistling out at the joint.
