Part 910482 is the carpet turbo tool listed for the NaceCare HVR200A Henry canister. It brings brush agitation to the job, working the carpet pile as it vacuums rather than leaving airflow alone to lift what has settled down in the fibres.
The brush inside spins from the vacuum's own airflow, so there is no motor, cord, or battery to manage. Connect it to the wand in place of the standard floor tool and it starts turning as soon as suction reaches it; switch back to the floor tool for bare floors.
