SEBO Casing Clip for AIRBELT K and C Series — Single

Position 28 on SEBO's AIRBELT K diagram is the casing clip, and 6086HG is that clip sold one at a time. It bridges the joint between the upper and lower halves of the canister shell, pulling them into contact so the seam stays closed and the body keeps its shape under handling.

A single broken clip is enough to leave a visible gap along the edge and let the shell flex where it ought to be rigid. If only one position has failed, this is the economical fix; SEBO also catalogues the same clip in a three-pack as 6086ER when the whole seam needs refreshing.

On the drawing the casing clip sits between the on/off knob at 27 and the foam bumper at 29, which is a useful landmark when working from the sheet: these clips run down the seam line rather than around the front of the machine. Do not mistake it for the AIRBELT clip at position 31, part 6048GS, which anchors the fabric band instead and is a different shape entirely.

Other fixings on the same seam are catalogued individually, so a body that will not close cleanly can usually be traced to one number. The spring lock is 6042WS and the seal between the suction neck and the bottom casing is 6014, both shared across the same canisters as this clip.
