Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Keep your Castex commercial upright agitating carpet at full effectiveness with this 16-inch UPT brush roll (Part #700098). The brush roll is the rotating beater bar that loosens embedded grit and lifts pile so the vacuum's airflow can pull it away, and over time bristles wear down and the roll loses its sweep. This replacement returns crisp, even agitation across the full 16-inch cleaning width.

  • Width: 16 inches, matching the Castex UPT power head
  • Configuration: Brush roll only — pulley NOT included (order pulley Part #230348 separately if needed)
  • Use: Direct OEM-spec replacement for high-traffic commercial cleaning

This brush roll is built for the Castex 16" UPT, model #607098. Because it ships without the drive pulley, it's ideal when you're reusing a serviceable pulley from your existing roll. Inspect bristles for wear and the roll bearings for drag when servicing, and replace the brush roll whenever bristles are flattened or worn below the agitation line.
