Cen-Tec Response II CT25 Electric Brush with Telescopic Wand

The Cen-Tec Response II CT25 QuietDrive electric brush with integrated telescopic wand (SKU 489TI) is built for today's high-density ultra-soft carpets — Shaw Caress, Mohawk SmartStrand Silk, TruSoft Stainmaster, Bliss Beaulieu SoftSense, Dream Weaver PureSoft Cashmere, and Platinum Plus Softspring among them. These 3.5–4.5 DPF carpets seal ordinary vacuum heads to the floor and make them nearly impossible to push; the CT25 (successor to the CT23) solves this with a self-regulating air bypass. Hood vents route air down across the nozzle front and under the agitator, so the head stays movable on soft pile while still cleaning traditional carpet at full strength.

Fit check: the adjustable telescopic wand tops out in electric central vacuum hoses where a two-inch gap separates the button lock from the handle — common, but verify yours. Current Response CT10 owners can use their existing wands with the CT25, so the head-only version is all they need.
