Foam motor mount gasket for central vacuum power units in the C10, B10, CI10 and BF10 series, sold as part number TC-MTRMT. The gasket seals the motor to its mounting bulkhead and cushions it against the sheet metal of the canister.
Two jobs, both easy to underestimate. The seal keeps the intake side of the motor pulling only through the filter, so a gasket that has gone hard or crumbled lets the unit draw unfiltered air and lose suction at the wall inlets. The cushioning keeps motor vibration out of the case, which is most of the reason a healthy unit in a garage or basement stays tolerable to stand next to.

Fit a new one any time the motor comes out. The 240V Type H11 motor TC-M10 covers CI10 units, so the two parts are commonly ordered together.
