Bellows Clamp - Hoover 7063...

Product details

This replacement clamp, part 36425023, secures the Hoover 7063 bellows to its housing. The bellows flexes constantly while the vacuum runs, and the clamp is what keeps that joint pulled tight so air and dirt stay inside the duct instead of leaking around it.

When the clamp fatigues, stretches, or goes missing during a repair, the symptoms show up quickly: a hiss you can hear over the motor, fine dust settling around the base of the machine, and suction that never feels right no matter how fresh the bag is. Refitting a sound clamp restores the seal at that joint.

It is a small part worth renewing whenever the bellows itself is changed — an old clamp rarely grips a new bellows as tightly as it should. Compare it against the clamp on your Hoover before ordering, and fit it with the bellows fully seated.
