This is the genuine Clean Obsessed height adjustment knob screw (Part #P3) in black, a replacement fastener for the carpet-height adjustment mechanism on Clean Obsessed CO12 and CO16 commercial upright vacuums. The screw secures the height adjustment knob and is designed to be used together with the companion knob, part #P4.
