Product details

The clean tank on a CrossWave carries the water and formula the machine feeds down to the brush. This replacement, part 1626664, fits the Bissell 2954 along with the 3011, 3055, 3276A, 3277 and 3279.

Because the tank doses fluid rather than simply storing it, damage shows up in two ways at once. A crack or a failed seal drips onto the floor while you carry it, and the same fault drops the feed to the brush, so the roller runs dry and the machine smears instead of cleaning. Check the body and the gasket around the outlet whenever dispensing goes patchy.

Rinse the tank after each use, since dried formula in the outlet restricts flow just as effectively as a crack, and press it home until it locks before you start.
