An aluminum brush drive pulley for CleanMax WAV machines, machined for a 6-groove Poly-V belt and measuring 1.6 in. across. Part number 19804A.
The drive pulley is the link between the motor belt and the brushroll. Once the grooves round off the belt starts slipping, brush speed drops away under load, and the new belt wears out faster than the last one did. Changing the pulley at the same time as the belt is what stops that cycle, and an aluminum pulley stands up to daily route work.
