Part B211-3614 is the black bag holder used inside ultralightweight (ULW) upright vacuums, molded with integral bosses so it bolts straight into the bag compartment. The holder is what keeps the disposable bag squared up on its collar; when the bosses crack or the plastic warps, the bag sits crooked and dust escapes past the collar instead of going into the bag.
