Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The closed end splice for the Rexair power nozzle (Part #R1775B) is a replacement connector used to join and insulate wires inside the power nozzle. It makes a secure, covered connection for internal wiring repairs on the D4C and D4C SE.

Wiring connections loosen, corrode, or overheat over time, which can cause intermittent power to the nozzle or a connection that arcs. A failed splice leaves the brush-roll motor cutting in and out or not running at all. Fitting a fresh closed end splice restores a clean, insulated joint and steady power flow.
