Clutch linkage rod measuring 148.5 mm, part B719-0200, for 8000 series Riccar and Simplicity uprights. The rod is the mechanical link between the floor selector pedal and the clutch, so it is what engages and releases drive to the brushroll when the setting is changed.
Length is the thing to get right. The 7000 series takes a shorter 147.0 mm rod, stocked as B719-0400, and the wrong one leaves the clutch either dragging or never fully engaging. Measure the old rod first if the machine has been repaired before.
