Complete neck for the compact power nozzle used on Riccar RPB-55 and RPB-60 and Simplicity SPB-55 and SPB-60 machines. Part D354-1000 replaces the whole wand-to-nozzle joint, including the swivel that keeps the nozzle head flat on the floor while the wand is held at an angle.
