This OEM Dirt Devil belt control assembly (Part #2PL1108000) fits the Dirt Devil 086030, 086035, and UD30000 and the Royal UR30080. It manages engagement of the brush roll drive, controlling how the belt tensions and turns the roller.

When the belt control wears or slips, brush roll speed and tension fall off, so the roller no longer agitates carpet at the right rate and pickup suffers. Installing the correct factory assembly restores proper belt tension and reliable brush drive.
