Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Dirt Devil Style 15 belts, part 67015CQ, come two to a pack and are built for the Dirt Devil upright vacuum, model 084600, cross-referencing part number 1SN0220001.

The belt is what turns the brush roll. As it stretches, glazes, or snaps over time, the brush roll slows and eventually stops turning, and the machine can no longer agitate carpet even though suction keeps running. Because the pack includes two belts, you can install one now and keep the second on hand for whenever this one eventually wears out too.

Belt replacement is routine upkeep. A brush roll that no longer turns against carpet is the clearest sign this belt has reached the end of its life.
