Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Make bag changes simple with Drainvac SAC-19 cloth replacement bags. This 2-pack is designed for compatible older Drainvac and Purvac central vacuum systems that use SAC-19 side-fill bags.

What’s included

Compatible central vacuum systems

Designed for select older 12-inch (30 cm) canisters, including compatible Drainvac 1000 series, C series and Contractor systems, and Purvac Standard 12-inch systems. Older Drainvac S1000 and Purvac applications may require a pre-2011 configuration.

Confirm SAC-19 on your existing bag or in your owner’s manual. Canister size or series name alone does not guarantee compatibility. If you need help, contact us with the power unit’s model number and a photo of the bag connection so we can help check the fit before you order.

Installation and replacement

Disconnect power before servicing. Remove the old bag and fit the new collar securely over the side inlet, following your vacuum’s owner’s manual. Seal the used bag’s opening with the adhesive closure before disposal.

Use for dry household debris only. Inspect the bag regularly and replace it when full or according to the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions. These are disposable bags and are not intended to be washed.
