They fit the Platinum Force, Vision, Magna, Ultra Vision, Outlast, Cruiser and Power Streak uprights, including the M086940, the M087300, M087305, M087400, M087500 and M087800, the M091000, M091010, M091015 and M091020V, and the UD40180.
A drive belt loses tension as it heats and ages, and long before it snaps you get the warning signs: pet hair left behind on the first pass, a brush roll you can stop with your foot through the sole plate, and a hot rubber smell after a few minutes on carpet.
Plan on a change every three to six months in normal use. Clear wound hair from the brush ends while the sole plate is off, and keep the spare belt from the pack for the next change.
