Replacement latch spring for the dust cup on the R60, S60 and FB-SPFM.2 broom vacuums, part number A669-0200.
The spring is what puts tension behind the catch holding the dust cup to the body. When it weakens or breaks, the cup either pops off during use or refuses to click shut, and the machine begins leaking fine dust at the seam. It is a low-cost fix for a fault that looks at first glance like a broken housing.
