Two nylon dusting brushes sit in the SEBO catalogue and 1094GS is the large-opening one, moulded in gray black. Soft nylon fibres ring the intake, so a surface is swept and cleared in one movement rather than having its dust flicked into the air to land somewhere else.
The wider mouth is the reason to choose this one over the standard brush. More air is drawn per pass, which suits broad flat surfaces and anything holding a heavier film of dust — shelving, picture frames, blind slats, lampshades, radiator grilles, keyboards and the tops of door frames, where a hard nozzle lip would leave a mark. Bristles splay and shorten over years of use, and once they no longer stand upright the brush pushes dust instead of releasing it, which is the point to order another.
