Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Dyson DC50 Animal brush roll (Part #10-3425-09) is a replacement roll for the DC50 Animal bagless upright, and it also fits Dyson UP15 models. Its bristles agitate carpet to lift dirt and pet hair from the fibers.

Matted hair, string, and debris wrap around a brush roll over time, bending the bristles and reducing how well the roll agitates carpet. Cutting away the tangles helps for a while, but eventually the bristles stay bent and a fresh roll is the only way to bring back like-new cleaning power. A new brush roll restores full agitation.
