This hood assembly (Part #155257) is the upper housing cover for the Electrolux Solaire power nozzle. The hood forms the top shell of the power head, enclosing and protecting the motor, belt, and brushroll while giving the nozzle its finished outer profile. Cracks, chips, or broken mounting tabs on the original hood leave internals exposed and the head looking worn.

It fits the Electrolux Solaire SL100, SL100A, and SL103B power nozzles, which share this hood design. Installing a fresh hood restores the structural cover and renews the appearance of the power head when the motor and brushroll are still serviceable.
