This complete hose assembly is the direct replacement suction hose for the Eureka 4700-series upright vacuums (Part #62293-7). It ships as a finished unit with the molded cuffs already attached, so it installs straight onto the machine with no splicing or adapters needed.
It fits Eureka uprights 4700, 4701, 4702, 4703, 4704, 4709, and 4711. A cracked, hardened, or loose hose bleeds airflow and weakens the wand and attachments; swapping in a fresh hose reseals the airflow path and restores full pulling power to crevice tools, dusting brushes, and upholstery nozzles.
