Replacement cloth outer bag in red for Eureka lock-on style upright vacuums, part number 06.690. The outer bag is the fabric shell that carries the disposable bag inside it and vents the exhaust; once a seam splits or the collar tears, dust escapes at the top of the machine no matter how fresh the inner bag is.
This one follows the open-top pattern with no slide closure, so the top stays open rather than clipping or zipping shut.
