Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Filter cage for the Koblenz 6-gallon wet/dry vacuum, part 52-0127-02-8. The cage is the rigid frame the filter stretches over, holding it open against the pull of the airflow.

Without the cage, or with a bent or split one, the filter collapses in on itself as soon as the motor comes up to speed. Half the media stops doing any work, the machine loses suction, and debris finds the gap and heads straight for the motor. On a wet/dry unit that is a quick route to an expensive failure.

Set the filter squarely over the cage so it sits even all round before you close the lid, and give the cage a look for cracks every time you change the filter.
