Part HV-FILTER2ND is the secondary filter for the Fuller Brush MBMV hand vacuum, the second stage that sits behind the primary and catches what the first filter lets through.

Secondary filters are the ones people forget, because they are not in the way when you empty the machine. They load up slowly and silently, and by the time one is blocked the hand vac has lost noticeably more suction than a dirty primary alone would explain. The other job it does is protect the motor: fine dust reaching motor bearings and brushes shortens the life of the machine considerably, and this filter is the last thing standing between the two.

Change it on the same schedule as the primary rather than waiting for it to look dirty, and check that your machine is an MBMV before ordering.
