Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Koblenz WD-330 / PV3000 wet/dry paper filter bags (Part #45-0389-2) are replacement bags for Koblenz wet/dry and all-purpose vacuums, sold three to a pack with a retaining rubber band. Each bag lines the tank to capture dry debris while protecting the motor during pickup.

As a filter bag fills or dampens, airflow drops and suction weakens, and a torn bag lets grit reach the motor. Fresh bags keep suction strong and shield the motor through both wet and dry work.
