Powr-Flite Flag Terminal, ....

Product details
Part F26 is Powr-Flite's flag-style terminal for .250 in. tabs, and this one takes 14-16 AWG wire in its barrel. Unlike a straight quick-disconnect, its wire exits sideways off the tab rather than running straight back, which is exactly the geometry needed to make a connection inside a cramped switch pocket or motor housing where nothing fits behind a standard connector and its wire loop.
Rewiring jobs rarely call for a flag terminal until the panel is already open and a tight spot turns up with no clearance for anything else, so it pays to have a few of these sitting alongside your straight terminals rather than making a parts run mid-repair.
Seat the wire fully in the barrel, crimp using a tool sized to the wire gauge rather than reaching for pliers, and give the finished joint a firm tug before closing the machine back up; a crimp that looks fine but was not fully seated fails the same way a worn terminal eventually does, only sooner.
