Flat Pump Belt - Bissell 16...

Product details
The ProHeat runs two belts, one for the brush roll and one for the solution pump, and part 17365 is the flat pump belt for the Bissell 1699.
Because the pump drive is separate, its failure has a distinctive signature. The brushes keep turning and suction is unaffected, but pressing the trigger produces little or no solution at the floor. Some machines dribble instead of spraying, others go completely dry while the tank stays full. A stretched belt that slips on the pump pulley will often leave a smell of hot rubber behind it first.
Before ordering, rule out a blocked spray tip or an empty solution tank, since both produce the same complaint. If the pump pulley turns freely by hand while the belt sits slack around it, the belt is your fault. It loops on as a direct replacement.
