Full bag indicator light assembly, part C227-0300B, used across the 4, 6, 7 and 8 Series uprights. The lamp signals that the bag chamber is no longer flowing air freely, which is the cue to fit a fresh bag before both suction and filtration start to suffer.

It is stocked as an assembly, so the lamp and its housing are replaced together instead of trying to salvage a cracked lens or a corroded contact. Another commonly ordered part across the 6, 7 and 8 Series machines is the metal handle pivot, B123-1300.
